2. Code of ethics
VIVIROS personnel are bound by a written Code of Ethics that prohibits filing notices in bad faith, misrepresenting authorship or ownership, and using the Platform to silence lawful speech. Breach of the Code is grounds for immediate termination of employment and, where applicable, referral to professional regulatory bodies.
3. Customer due diligence
We conduct customer due diligence prior to onboarding, in accordance with the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017. This includes verification of the legal entity, ultimate beneficial ownership, source of funds for material engagements, and screening against international sanctions lists. Customers identified in restricted jurisdictions are not onboarded.
4. Competition and antitrust
VIVIROS strictly complies with applicable competition laws, including the UK Competition Act 1998, EU Articles 101 and 102 TFEU, and the US Sherman Act. We do not exchange competitively sensitive information between customers, do not facilitate market allocation and decline engagements that would require us to do so.
5. Audits and certifications
Our information security management system is certified under ISO/IEC 27001 and undergoes annual surveillance audits. SOC 2 Type II readiness is in progress, with completion expected in Q4 2026. Customers may request the latest auditor reports under NDA from [email protected].
6. Transparency reporting
Each year we publish a Transparency Report summarizing the volume of notices handled, response times, counter-notice rates and the geographic distribution of actions. This report is made available on our website and to all enterprise customers.
